About the role As the Early Careers Lead, you will be the driving force behind Kerry Dairy Ireland’s early careers agenda. You will lead the attraction, selection, onboarding, and development of graduates, interns, apprentices, and summer students. Acting as the key point of contact for all early careers talent, you will ensure a best-in-class candidate and employee experience, build strong relationships with universities, and deliver engaging programmes that support our talent pipeline and business growth. This Services Hub will provide comprehensive solutions for employees, managers and other business partners through HR technology and common processes. The employee population for this client group is in the region of 1600 ranging from the most senior executives in the business to manufacturing sites. This role will be hybrid, based in Tralee, Co. Kerry, and will report to the HR Hub Services Lead. As HR Advisor you will provide support and guidance on human resources matters, including employee relations, policy implementation, and compliance with both UK and Ireland labour laws.
