Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 10 hours shifts . What does the Quality Compliance Officer role involve? This role is responsible for conducting internal audits. This is a varied role that will require you to develop a varied skillset, including: To participate in external audits with Accreditation and Registered bodies. Conduct internal quality system audits. Review the CAPA program and the assistance with the implementation of preventative actions. Assist the performance of supplier audits and assist with accreditation body, registration body, and customer audits. Support staff with design verification, validation, risk management, and change control activity. Interpretation of quality and compliance standards, assist in the development of existing designs and processes and compliance with National and International standards. Full on the job training will be provided on our processes. Who can apply? Essential criteria: This role would suit someone educated to degree level or with demonstrated relevant experience of the Randox Quality Management System Excellent communication skills with the ability to disseminate information in a concise manner throughout the company. Desirable: Life science degree. Experience with and a working knowledge of the ISO13485, MDSAP and the IVDR 2017/746 requirements. Experience in developing and conducting process validation studies. Electrician
Our staff are at the heart of everything we do and achieve. With our ever increasing number of new clinics opening on the high street across the UK and Ireland, we require several new staff members to join our Facilities team. We have exciting new career opportunities for Electricians to join our Facilities team. Location: Home based in the Greater Manchester area, with regular travel required to Randox sites, mainly across the North of England and Scotland. Some travel to other parts of the UK and Ireland will be required on some occasions. Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 08.40 to 17.20. Some flexibility may be required. What does this role involve? The main purpose of this role will be to perform required electrical maintenance of existing Randox sites as well as fit out of new sites across the UK and Ireland. Joiner
We require highly motivated and reliable individuals to work within our Facilities and Maintenance Department. We are recruiting for Joiners / Carpenters to assist our Facilities Team, which will include working alongside our Electricians. The position will be based in Crumlin and will be involved in maintenance of existing Randox sites as well as fitout of new sites across the UK and Ireland. Travel to other sites will form part of this role. Location: Crumlin, County Antrim, with travel across the UK and Ireland required. Shift Pattern : Monday – Friday, 8:40am – 5.20pm. Some flexibility may be required. Contract type : Permanent, full-time. These Joiner / Carpenter roles will require experience in all types of first and second fix joinery from site works to shop fitout. The successful candidates will be working as part of both the maintenance team and the fitout teams as required. The role: To raise all material purchase requisitions and forward to Facilities Supervisor in a timely manner. Ensure that adequate stock records are maintained for all materials held. To assist with sub-contractors visiting sites to perform necessary/preventative maintenance. Being responsible for ensuring all work carried out is in accordance with current Building and Planning Policies applicable to the works. Assist the Facilities Supervisor with planning aspects of building works for new extensions and alterations. Liaise with Facilities Supervisor on a daily/weekly basis for updates. To execute the work schedules for all relevant General Maintenance in a timely manner. To ensure all job sheets are forwarded at the end of each week for inclusion in the next schedule of work. Ensure that site walk rounds are performed once a month externally to log any external maintenance required. To liaise with Facilities Supervisor regarding audits and to ensure that all requests are completed. To ensure that you are adequately trained on all equipment required to perform your duties. To ensure that all members of the team are always working with appropriate PPE and within Health and Safety Guidelines. Ensure monthly H&S Checks are performed on all equipment and reported to the Supervisor. The candidate: Qualified joiner with experience on site Previous experience in general building sites or fitout environment. Experience in dry lining / ceilings, 1st and 2nd fix joinery Proficient in using hand and power tools. Ability to lift and handle heavy objects. Ability to work in all weather conditions. Competent in performing routine manual labour tasks. Excellent attention to detail and ability to understand and execute written instruction. Good timekeeping/time management skills. Ability to complete necessary paperwork Valid Construction Skills Register Card. Phlebotomist
We have an exciting new career opportunity for a Phlebotomist within our clinic in Kingston. Main Location: Unit G10, Bentall Centre, Wood Street, Kingston upon Thames, London, England, KT1 1TP. Successful applicants will work within a dynamic rota model. This means that while rotas will be provided in advance, scheduled shifts may be across different clinic locations within the relevant cluster area, depending on customer demand and operational requirements. This role will cover the following Randox Health Clinics within Cluster 2: Clinics include: Kingston, Chiswick, Richmond, Fulham, and Wimbledon. Contract Offered: Full-time, permanent Working Hours / Shifts: 4 on 4 off shift patten. Start and finish times are 9.10am to 6.20pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 9.10am to 9.20pm on a Thursday, 8.40am to 7.20pm on a Saturday and 10.40am to 6.20pm on a Sunday. Our clinics operate 7 days a week, so you’ll be expected to work your contracted hours across the week, Saturday to Friday. Rotas are provided in advance on a rolling basis, giving you visibility of your working pattern ahead of time, although rotas are subject to change depending on support needed for cover. For this position, as you may be in contact with live blood samples, you must be vaccinated against Hepatitis B or be able to get it following a successful interview stage. In line with Care Quality Commission guidelines, the successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
