This is a 9-month fixed-term contract, ideal for a dynamic and customer-focused professional looking to manage the daily operations of a high-end spa, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily spa operations, maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Develop and implement spa policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficiency and excellence. Lead, train, and manage a team of spa professionals, including therapists, receptionists, and support staff. Ensure the spa facilities are well-maintained, fully equipped, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and drive revenue.
