Personal Competencies and Qualifications: The role requires a degree qualified self starter who can learn and manage a process end to end. The key aspect of this role is to learn both the technical aspects of the process and be able to layer the understanding of people and how they integrate into the process. The understanding of people will include the management of the people who operate the equipment and the supervisors and managers who oversee these people. The role requires weekly travel to various sites and the ability to work with the General Manager of each site and interface across the various sections of the business, particularly engineering and quality. This includes managing the exceptions which are not automatically planned by the advanced scheduling tool to mitigate any risk, ensuring manual scheduling as required. This role will involve supporting an initial project phase of setting up processes, procedures and ways of working.
