As a Forklift Truck Driver you are responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse, supporting inbound, outbound, and replenishment activities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining stock accuracy, operational flow, and high standards of health & safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment. WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE? • Safely operate forklift trucks to move, load, and unload stock within the warehouse. • Support Goods In, outbound, and replenishment activities in line with operational priorities. • Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded in warehouse systems. • Carry out pre-use equipment checks and report any defects immediately. • Maintain high standards of health & safety, hygiene, and housekeeping at all times. • Assist with stock counts, stock takes, and inventory checks as required. • Work collaboratively with warehouse operatives, supervisors, and team leaders. • Follow site procedures, risk assessments, and safe systems of work. • Support peak and seasonal activity, flexing across tasks where required. • Escalate issues, damages, or discrepancies to the Supervisor promptly.
