Additionally, demonstrate reliability and professionalism by consistently delivering high standard grooms. · Sanitisation and Cleanliness - Maintaining a clean and organized grooming area, including disinfecting equipment, washing towels and grooming tools, and ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for dogs and staff. · Product Knowledge - Maximizing Revenue through Grooming Services Promotion and combine this service with providing expert advice to support the sale of own-brand products. What you will bring: · Fully flexible across 5 days, it is a full time role which includes weekends · Previous hands on experience in grooming salon and/or QQI Level 6 Dog Grooming/City & Guilds · Proficient in all aspects of grooming and clipping all dog breeds to a high standard. · Professional attitude that can communicate effectively with all salon customers and the wider grooming team to build trust and rapport with pet parents. · Time management: Independently prioritise and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes. · A passion for Animals: Interest in grooming/animal care. Yard/Warehouse Operative Required – Portarlington Branch McMahons Builders Providers have been providing quality building supplies and DIY materials to the trade and public for nearly 200 years. The group consists of a network of 12 stores, as well as a Truss Manufacturing plant and 3 Hardwood & Sheet Material branches. McMahons offer a one stop shop offering, with a wide range of products catering for the Builder, DIY enthusiast and Home Owner. The Role McMahons are now seeking applications for the position of Yard/Warehouse Operative who will also complete short distance deliveries in the branch pick-up truck, for their branch located in Portarlington. The Portarlington branch is a thriving builders providers branch with significant capacity to grow. The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following: · Off loading products and building materials being delivered to the site. · Picking customer orders and assisting with the loading of customer vehicles. · Loading trucks with products in advance of delivery to the customer. · Assisting to maintain the highest standards of housekeeping in the warehouse, yard and shop. · Completing some local deliveries in the pick-up truck as required. · Working closely with all branch staff including transport and internal sales to ensure that the customers are serviced in an efficient and timely manner. · Assisting with the stock management at the branch including stock taking and cycle counting. · Dealing with other requests to support the operation of a busy branch as and when required. · Following company policies and procedures from an operational and health and safety perspective. A minimum of 10 postgraduate ECTS credits, or equivalent as recognised by the IIRRT, is required to meet the eligibility for this post and certified proof of completion must be included. Ten European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) credits equates to 250 hours of learning , effort with one ECTS equating to 25 hours of work. ‘Effort includes all courses, lectures, tutorials, seminars, time spent in independent study or research and any additional time and effort expected of a Radiographer’).
