Job Purpose / Summary The Production Assistant is responsible for preparing dental units and other stock items for shipment, maintaining accurate stock records, and supporting various production activities as needed. This role involves hands-on physical tasks, attention to detail, and effective teamwork to help ensure production and shipping targets are consistently met. The position requires strong organisational capability, multilingual communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments. Key Duties & Responsibilities · Manage all customer orders, export logistics, transport and production planning, and associated certification and compliance documentation. · Oversee export sales across multiple international markets and ensure timely, accurate dispatch of goods. · Lead the optimisation and automation of administrative procedures, documentation systems, and operational workflows. · Liaise closely with production and harvesting teams to align export requirements with daily operations. · Maintain direct communication with international clients to ensure seamless delivery operations and high customer service standards. · Assist with continuous improvement of harvesting, grading, and packaging processes within the production facility. · Develop practical knowledge of sustainable aquaculture production processes.
