In this hands-on role, you will carry out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance activities, helping to ensure minimal disruption to operations and maintaining the high standards required in a GMP-regulated environment. Working closely with Production and Equipment teams, you’ll troubleshoot issues, support improvements and contribute to the continuous development of plant performance. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining environmental conditions through HVAC and building management systems, ensuring our facilities operate safely and effectively at all times. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and technically skilled engineer who enjoys problem-solving, working collaboratively, and contributing to continuous improvement within a highly regulated and fast-paced environment. Demonstrate familiarity with the product design process workflow, from ideation and concept stage, through prototyping, testing, refinement and productionisation.
