REFERRAL COORDINATOR  MACS Floating Support and Outreach services  provide a range of interventions to assist young people aged 16 - 25 to access/maintain accommodation in the community. The team of workers provide support to young people who are homeless, young people 'sofa surfing', at risk of eviction, and resettling from prison.  The  Referral Coordinator  will support our referral process from pre-entry to post-exit.
