Reporting to the Restuarant Manager & F&B Manager, the Food & Beverage Supervisor will be responsible to provide the highest possible standards of service and guest comfort at all times; and to promote a positive image to both guests and colleagues alike. You are required to ensure that all floor staff adheres to the impeccable standards given by senior management. Previous experience as a Senior F&B assistant or Assistant Maitre D is essential.
