The successful candidates will play a crucial role in our operations, contributing to the growth and success of our company.This position will be based out of Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan. The role will include but not be limited to answering all incoming calls, collecting payments and updating the CRM.Responsibilities Include:<ul><li>Manage busy phone lines in a friendly and welcoming manner</li><li>Collect payments and confirm service/ call out requests</li><li>Allocate service bookings to field staff</li><li>Update CRM after each call and service entry</li><li>Download and verify all employee weekly timesheets and enter according for the accounts team</li><li>Carry out weekly checks remotely on all vehicle trackers to verify all in good working order</li><li>Prepare excel spreadsheet costs analysis bi-weekly across all completed projects</li><li>Other general administrative duties as needed.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Ideally 2 years’ experience in an administrator position.</li><li>Proficient in Excel and MS word essential.</li><li>Strong administration skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Strone phone skills required.</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and establish good working relationships.</li><li>Live within a commutable distance of our HQ in Carrickmacross.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive Salary</li><li>Pension Contribution</li><li>21 days annual leave with ability to purchase additional leave</li><li>Bike to work scheme</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Breakfast bar</li><li>On-site parking</li><li>Wellness program</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul>
