These roles will be a combination of being based in a retail branch, and on the road calling to customers. Located in our South Region, this role will report to an area/regional manager, and this role will support the delivery of our Agribusiness growth objectives. Graduate Engineer

Description The TLI Group Engineering team is looking to hire a Graduate Engineer to join our growing Engineering team. The JCE’s primary function will be to undertake desktop & Site audits on all engineering works carried out by our civil teams and sub-contract engineers. Reporting to the Compliance Engineering Lead, this is a key role in driving quality standards across the project. The successful individual will have great attention to detail, a structured approach to work, be methodical and can articulate improvements/feedback where necessary. IT Skills such as MS Office, Excel; Word, and Outlook are a necessity. It’s an entry-level position, suited to a recent graduate or someone with 1 – 2 years of experience. Site experience is an advantage but not a requirement. NB – There is no requirement for a Civil / Utilities background, as full technical training will be provided. Qualifications & Skills A drive to deliver excellence Ability to work in a meticulous manner MS Office Skills Experience in reviewing documentation and providing updates and feedback.
