We help to deliver on a strategy centred on an informed view of our customers’ needs and anchored in a progressive sustainability agenda. We are on a multi-year journey to build on recent progress and strengthen AIBs position as a leading European financial services group and leader in sustainability. We need a passionate and enthusiastic team to help us do so. Our delivery model leverages a lean central strategy and sustainability team that works collaboratively with teams across the group, greening our business and embedding sustainable business practices into our business-as-usual agenda.
