Human Resource (HR) Graduate

At the end of your 2-year Graduate Programme, you will have gained: International work experience, a qualification relevant to your field, fully trained in-house auditor and 2-years work experience. The successful candidate must be available to relocate to a sister company for a period of 6 months should the opportunity present itself. The successful candidate will rotate through key HR areas, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to strategic and operational initiatives that support employee engagement, compliance, and organisational growth.  Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding Candidate Profile: ·     Relevant Honours Bachelor’s degree or Masters with a minimum of a 2:1 (or equivalent) which was completed within the last two years or is due to graduate by September 2025 ·       IT savvy and highly proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint skills and Word. ·       Highly motivated, capable of working on own initiative. ·       Excellent organisational and communication skills. ·       Strong passion for working with people. ·       Aptitude to learning and showing initiative ·       Excellent Team player ·       Open to feedback and eager to develop   What do we offer?
