Following a successful onboarding phase, you'll unlock various growth opportunities, allowing you to expand your expertise across different communication channels, including Sales, Email, and Chat.While you’ll begin with a fully in-office training program, you will soon transition to a flexible work model that includes both hybrid and on-site options. Don't miss your chance to join our team in April or May 2026.What will you do<ul><li>Answering inbound calls from new and existing customers.</li><li>Providing excellent advice on sales and service to our new and existing health insurance customers.</li><li>Building a rapport and maintaining a high level of engagement with customers.</li><li>Ensuring all customer service standards are delivered.</li><li>Meeting individual targets and ensuring all service levels are met.</li><li>Developing effective relationships with the team and internal departments.</li><li>Listening to and understanding our customers’ needs in order to offer a health insurance policy to suit those needs.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with all processes and procedures in relation to the sales process.</li><li>Taking inbound sales calls from new customers who are looking to purchase health insurance &amp; customer reviewing policy at renewal.</li><li>Multi-tasking as you navigate through various IT systems and screens while conversing with our customers and addressing their queries.</li><li>You will be required to work one Saturday in every four, following various shift patterns</li></ul>What you need to be successfulEducation &amp; Experience<ul><li>Ideally a Third Level Qualification or 1 to 2 years in a Customer Service or Sales role.</li><li>Must be an Accredited Product Advisor (APA/ CIP or Dip PMI) or willing to undertake same.</li><li>Tech savvy with excellent computer skills &amp; proven administration skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems.</li></ul>Interpersonal skills<ul><li>Customer focused and committed to the delivery of sales and first-class service.</li><li>Results focused with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced target driven environment.</li><li>Excellent communication, influencing &amp; customer service skills and highly proficient in written and spoken English.</li><li>A high degree of flexibility, with strong team spirit.</li><li>Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation.</li><li>Demonstrates resilience and an ability to deal with complex or challenging customer queries.</li><li>Proven accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Demonstrated alignment with the Vhi Values.</li></ul>This is a CF3, CF4 &amp; CF5 role in line with central bank requirements.
