Purpose of RoleThe Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Resilience Healthcare’s disability services through building relationships with community stakeholders, identifying new service opportunities, and promoting our person-centred approach in local communities. This role supports the Business Development Manager in delivering on strategic objectives and service expansion targets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with Disability stakeholders, mainly HSE &amp; Tusla commissioners, and other stakeholders such as schools and other disability organisations.</li><li>Identify new service development opportunities in disability services, focused mainly on our centre based services, but also community services (day services, day respite etc)</li><li>A strong focus on ensuring current services are maximised and reach full occupancy.</li><li>Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on project scoping, feasibility assessments, and funding applications.</li><li>Represent Resilience Healthcare at community events, forums, and partnership meetings to enhance visibility and credibility in the disability sector.</li><li>Liaise closely with operational teams to ensure alignment between service development initiatives and front-line delivery.</li><li>Work alongside marketing and communications colleagues to promote new services and initiatives.</li><li>Conduct market research and service mapping to identify unmet needs within the community.</li><li>Support the preparation of proposals, tender responses, and funding submissions in line with identified opportunities.</li><li>Keep Customer Relationship Management(CRM) systems and project trackers up-to-date with engagement and development activity.</li><li>Prepare regular reports for the Business Development Manager detailing progress, insights, and recommendations.</li></ul>Eligibility CriteriaQualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>3+ years’ experience in business development, disability services, or related sectors.</li><li>Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and service promotion.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking and relationship building.</li><li>Strong organisational and project coordination skills.</li><li>Experience in working toward measurable targets or KPIs.</li><li>Full clean driver’s licence and willingness to travel.</li><li>Degree in Social Care, Business, or a related field is desirable.</li></ul>Competencies:<ul><li>Business growth mindset and a determination to drive our growth.</li><li>Energy, creativity and resourcefulness in identifying and developing new service opportunities.</li><li>Collaborative and proactive approach to working across departments.</li><li>Comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment.</li><li>Ability to understand data and numbers in order to develop growth plans</li></ul>
