Office Manager – Full Time 35 Hours Per Week (8am-4pm Monday to Friday, 8am-3pm on Fridays) Precision Electrical Services is looking for a motivated, organised and professional Office Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Location: Remote / Hybrid About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager who complete a smooth handover from our current Office Manager. The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day administration of our business and ensure our customers receive an excellent service. You will be a key point of contact for customers and will play an important role in coordinating bookings, managing schedules, processing payments and keeping our office operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries - Manage a high volume of calls, enquiries and bookings in a busy environment - Coordinate scheduling and diary management efficiently - Process payments and maintain accurate financial records - Track invoices and assist with VAT documentation - Maintain organised administrative systems and ensure smooth daily operations - Manage the company's online and social media platforms - Provide general administrative support to the business - Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers and team members We are looking for someone who is: -Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks - Professional, reliable and motivated - Confident communicating with customers by phone, email and online - Comfortable working independently in a remote/hybrid environment - Experienced in office administration or office management - Detail-oriented, particularly when dealing with payments, invoices and records - Comfortable using online systems, social media and standard office software - Able to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment Suitable candidates should respond with their cover letter and CV.
