With further expansion planned, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and play a key role in its continued development.About the Role:This is a hands-on role combining bookkeeping, payroll processing, facilities coordination and direct support to the CEO.<ul><li>Maintaining accurate financial records using Sage</li><li>Processing purchase invoices, sales invoices and credit notes</li><li>Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable</li><li>Completing bank reconciliations</li><li>Preparing and processing supplier payments</li><li>Preparing and filing Revenue returns, including VAT and RCT</li><li>Assisting with payroll administration using Thesaurus</li><li>Supporting external accountants with required documentation</li><li>Monitoring cash flow and company expenditure</li><li>Assisting with budgeting and cost control</li><li>Providing administrative support to senior management</li><li>Managing diaries, meetings and scheduling</li><li>Preparing reports, presentations and documentation</li><li>Handling confidential business information with discretion</li><li>Supporting internal coordination and general office operations</li></ul>About the Person:<ul><li>Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounts assistant type role</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Sage accounting software</li><li>Experience with payroll processing using Thesaurus or an equivalent system</li><li>Excellent organisational and multitasking skills</li><li>A high level of accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook</li></ul>
