You’ll work closely with our Customer Support team and will play a pivotal role in driving customer onboarding, retention, and business expansion.In OnePageCRM, you’ll work on four main projects:(1) Customer onboarding and activation <ul><li>Guide new trial users through onboarding (from the first engagement to subscription).</li><li>Identify and prioritize engagement with high-potential new accounts.</li><li>Monitor onboarding metrics to flag friction points to the Product Team.</li></ul>(2) Customer engagement and retention<ul><li>Organize check-ins with key accounts to build relationships and deepen product use.</li><li>Use analytics to detect dips in usage and intervene early to improve retention.</li><li>Identify upselling opportunities with existing customers.</li></ul>(3) Customer education<ul><li>Become a product and industry expert to deliver high-quality demos and clearly communicate OnePageCRM’s value.</li><li>Run user surveys to collect feedback and identify educational gaps.</li><li>Refine customer communication (emails, Academy, Help Site documentation).</li></ul>(4) Internal coordination<ul><li>Collaborate with Zapier/Make.com experts to streamline customer workflows.</li><li>Partner with the support team to solve user issues efficiently.</li><li>Manage the Help Site structure and delegate writing/editing new help materials.</li></ul>About you<ul><li>Proven experience in customer success, preferably in a technical or SaaS Company (3+ years).</li><li>Familiarity with customer support processes and CRM tools.</li><li>Proven track record in developing and executing customer retention strategies to minimize churn and enhance overall satisfaction.</li><li>Ability to empathize with customers, listen and understand their needs, and tailor solutions to address their unique challenges.</li><li>A positive and proactive attitude to inspire confidence and trust in customers.</li><li>Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding metrics and objectives.</li><li>A hunter mentality and an ability to proactively identify and pursue new opportunities with focus and determination.</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams (English).</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field (preferable).</li></ul>Hiring process<li>Application shortlisting</li><li>Interview</li><li>Assessment</li><li>Final chat with a member of the Leadership team</li><li>Decision</li>OnePageCRM is an equal-opportunity employer.
