This experience will provide you with a clear understanding of safety requirements in an engineering role and expose you to all facets of the engineering profession.  Alternatively, if you are placed in the automation team, you will assist in delivering a service to the operations team. This will involve project work, report development, and fault finding, all under the guidance of an experienced automation engineer. You will gain a clear understanding of safety requirements in an automation role and be exposed to all aspects of an automation engineer’s role.  Regardless of the team, you will be working alongside skilled and competent professionals. This role offers a comprehensive and practical understanding of the engineering field.
