Dental Nurse We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified or trainee Dental Nurse to be part of our family run group of Practices and to join our team in Bangor working part-time in a private Denplan practice. As this is a Denplan practice, an enhanced hourly rate will be offered. The successful applicant will work 21.5 hours per week on a Monday, Tuesday and Friday. We have an excellent opportunity for a qualified Part Time Dispenser/Trainee Dispenser to work in our Portavogie branch. Working 8 hours per week, between the hours of 10.00am to 2.00pm Monday and Thursday according to the rota. Additional hours may be required from time to time and applicants must be fully flexible to work according to the rota. Working as part of a team duties can include; sales of over the counter medicines, providing customers with information on symptoms and products, prescription receipt and collection, date checking, and the ordering, receiving and storing of pharmaceutical stock. Job Summary To assist the Community Facilities Manager and act as a team leader for front line staff ensuring each facility is a safe and pleasant experience for users. To act as senior person on site as per rota. To contribute to the development and implementation of a nationally accredited quality scheme. Hours of Work Rotating 4 week shift pattern - 36 hours per week. The post holder must be prepared to work outside normal office hours, including evenings, weekends, and Public and extra Statutory Holidays for which the appropriate payment will be made or time in lieu granted if relevant. Duration of appointment Permanent Work Pattern Rotating 4 week shift pattern - 36 hours per week. Hours of work are kept under review and may change in order to meet operational requirements, providing requisite notice. Location and transferability Location is Ballynahinch Community Centre, Ballynahinch. The post holder may be required to transfer to other locations in accordance with any requirements stated in the Job Description, any reviews of service delivery or other requirements as may arise from time to time. Any amendments made to work location will be implemented following appropriate consultation and provision of reasonable notice. Salary Scale 4 SCP 9-13, currently £27,254 - £29,064 per annum based on a 37 hour week (pro rata to hours worked). It is Council policy to appoint at minimum salary scale point. The working pattern above currently attracts a 10% shift allowance.
