Multidisciplinary teams, consisting of medical, nursing, allied health professionals, management and general support staff play a pivotal role in the development, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of services within the hospital. This post is based in the Patient Services Department in St. Luke’s Radiation Oncology Network. This is a part time (0.5WTE) permanent post. A panel is being formed to fill current/future, permanent and temporary vacancies across St. Luke’s Radiation Oncology Network. The post holder will assigned to the designated site based on the needs of the Patient Services Department SLRON. The purpose of this post is to provide administrative support and co-ordination of all Facility Management functions within the Network and to assist the Facilities Co-ordinator and Line Manager with specific initiatives/projects, as required. Clinical Nurse Manager, Emergency Department
To employ a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 in emergency/trauma nursing, which requires the application of specially focused knowledge and skills, which are both in demand and required to provide leadership to improve the quality of patient focused care. This Clinical Nurse Manager 2 will encompass a major management/clinical and educational focus, which comprises of assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of care given to patients/clients and their families in hospital, community and emergency/trauma settings. The Clinical Nurse Manager 2 will develop the scope of specialist and advanced nursing practice, be accountable, autonomous, competent, supervise, and continue professional development. The Clinical Nurse Manager 2 will apply leadership and management skills to the nursing team in maintaining and improving the quality of patient focused care.
