Reservations Agent – 4* Grand Hotel, Malahide We are looking for a part-time Reservations Agent to join our Sales & Reservations team. Main Responsibilities will include: · Managing reservations · Supporting reservation agents with individual reservations/enquiries · Adhering to hotel SOPS and company policies · Ensure the highest level of customer service at all times · Contributing to yield management to achieve accommodation targets and maximum occupancy in both hotels. · Assisting in maintaining accurate inventory control for rooms · Utilising the hotel direct CMS, OTA extranets and channel manager for the purpose of rate loading, guest communications and post stay feed back · Assisting Manager with departmental reporting for both properties · Managing rate codes, group booking platform and systems utilisation · Supporting Departmental Manager with day to day running of department for both properties. Museum Assistant

Job Summary As a member of a team of front-line staff provide a positive visitor experience and ensuring the highest levels of customer care and satisfaction to the public by providing a quality welcome, information, safeguarding and hospitality service. This will include ensuring high standards of security, cleanliness and housekeeping at museum facilities. Assisting with events, education activities, deliver tours of the museum, help with exhibitions and handling cash, take bookings and deal with enquiries and record complaints. Maintain a safe environment and monitor museum systems and equipment undertaking building and safety checks and reporting any faults immediately for actioning. Hours of work 36 hours per week. Duration of Appointment Permanent Location Down County Museum Salary Scale 4, SCP 9 - 13, currently £26,409 - £28,163 per annum based on a 36 hour week (pro rata to hours worked). It is Council policy to appoint at minimum salary scale point.

Sports & Leisure Attendant

Infection prevention & control, general cleaning duties and assisting with outdoor upkeep of grounds and pitch as required. This is a 19.5 hour week and may include some evening or weekend work.
