Lecturer Professional Cookery
To teach subjects as directed by the Head of Department/Deputy Head of Department to standards and quality defined by the College and, where applicable, the Awarding Organisation. To follow schemes of work within the agreed subject areas of Professional Cookery, as defined by the Head of Department. The Post holder should devise their own scheme to be agreed with Head of Department.
