The successful candidate will work as part of our inter-disciplinary team delivering a coordinated approach to children/young people from 0-18 years across all disabilities under the Lead Agency of Enable Ireland. The CNM will be required to work as key contact for particular cases and be involved in the IFSP process for these children and families.
