About the Role: The People & Culture Operations Manager plays a central role in ensuring the People & Culture (P&C) function delivers a high-quality, efficient, and compliant service across the Organsiation. The role is responsible for managing the full P&C life cycle – from recruitment quality and onboarding through to performance management, employee relations, occupational health, and retirement.
