PERSONAL ASSISTANTS NEEDED Role: Personal Assistant Location: Tramore, Waterford Hours: 18-30 hours per week Rate: €16.50 - €17 (depending on experience) The ÁT Network and a family are seeking to employ a team of of professional and caring individuals to work as Personal Assistants with two disabled women who are currently living in their family home. The personal assistants will prepare the women for attending day services and support them with meaningful evening and weekend activities in accordance with their will and preference. It is of utmost importance to ensure they continue to have choice and control over the activities they wish to undertake and the service provided. The personal assistants will work closely with the parents and family to assist them in preparing to move out of the family home to a supported living environment in due course. Duties and Responsibilities: Hours of work: minimum 18- 30 hours per week. Additional hours may be required from time to time. Rate of pay: €16.50- €17 p/h depending on experience.
