Applications are invited for the following INSTRUCTOR Ref: 27/2025 Permanent Full-Time (39 hours per week) Caritas Training Centre, Wilton, Cork The Role Caritas Training Centre provides rehabilitative training programmes designed to provide the participants with the basic personal, social and work-related skills that will enable the trainees to make a successful transition from dependency to greater levels of adult independence. The successful candidate will work as a member of a team and participate in the implementation and evaluation of appropriate training programmes suitable to the individual needs and abilities of trainees. Post-holder will be responsible for delivering NFQ Levels 1, 2 and 3 modules as required. The Candidates Must have a relevant Level 5 or higherqualification on the Quality & Qualifications Ireland (QQI) framework in community development, health or education 6 months experience of working with people with an intellectual disability, autism and challenging behaviour is desirable Experience of delivering and monitoring programme modules at QQI Levels 1, 2 and/or 3 is highly desirable Must be computer literate including proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge and proficiency of using information systems Skills / or interest in Art/Crafts, Pottery, Horticulture, Gardening, Alternative therapies, Music, Sport, would be a distinct advantage. GALWAY JOB REF: 81067 The Role: The role of the Team Leader post is pivotal in supporting the coordination and management of a residential service in Skylark Services in Athenry, Co. Galway. The main responsibilities are to support resource-management and staffing - including rosters, staff development, facilitating communication and professional leadership in order to ensure a good quality of life for the people living in this Residential service. Experience in providing supports to individuals with complex medical and physical support needs is desirable. Reporting To/ Responsible To: Area Manager/Service Coordinator.
