Responsibilities Our Customer Service Specialist typically responds to customers via phone, e-mail and online chat. Your duties include obtaining and recording the details of customer enquiries, comments and complaints, as well as the actions taken to resolve any issues. You will also help to provide information about company products or services; assist with or cancel website orders; refer unresolved grievances to the proper company departmental specialist; and provide refunds, bill adjustments or exchanges. The technical skills needed to work in our customer service primarily involve computer usage. You will use a variety of company software packages to help manage our responses to enquiries and communication received. In addition there are additional duties to provide extra support and assistance to the Store and Online teams, which will help you develop additional experience and skills. Developer Services Technical Customer Advisor

Cook/Supervisor
Salary: Band 3, SCP 5-6, £24,790 - £25,183 per annum School: Business, Health and Hospitality Location: The appointee will be based at the Bangor Campus but will be required to be available for work at any of the College sites. Reports to: Principal Lecturer – School of Business, Health and Hospitality Total Hours of work: A variety of hours are available up to 36 per week full time. The post holder will be required to adopt a flexible approach (including evening work/Saturday work, if required) Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday 8.00 am – 4.00 pm and Friday 8.00 am – 2.30 pm. However, the post holder(s) will be required to adopt a flexible approach (including evening work/Saturday work, if required) and to devote such time as may be required by the exigencies of the service. Main Purpose of Job To provide an efficient and effective catering provision to the students, staff and general public within SERC. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Food preparation, cooking and the overall provision of food (including menu planning, portion control, the provision of special dietary meals and hospitality catering where appropriate). 2. Organisation and supervision of food services, including collecting and lodging cash internally. 3. Supervision and direction of other employees including allocation of duties, work rotas, induction and training. 4. Ensure that general kitchen duties are carried out including washing up, setting up and clearing away equipment and tables. Cleaning of the kitchen, snack bar surround equipment. 5. Maintain hygiene, food safety and health and safety procedures. 6. Ensure kitchen equipment is maintained and reporting of any defects. 7. Liaise with technician for timely food orders. 8. Stock-taking, including the organisation of stores and fridges and receipt of deliveries. 9. Supervise and carry out the cleaning of the equipment used in the facility. 10. Monitor the use of foods and making recommendation for service delivery and purchases. 11. Liaise with technician regarding utilisation of prepared dishes and cook additional items as required to maintain a high standard of lunch provisions (e.g. soups, sandwiches and healthy eating) 12. Carry out clerical duties associated with the efficient running of the kitchen. 13. Operational control of service points including transported meals. 14. Any other duties as required by the Assistant Head of School/Head of School for the School of Business, Hospitality and Tourism NOTES 1. This is a description of the job as it is at present constituted. Hold a Level 2 qualification in Professional Cookery e.g. NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds 706/1/2 OR A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a chef in the hospitality/Catering industry. 2. Hold a Level 2 Award in Food Safety 3. 3 years recent experience, within the last 6 years of food preparation and cooking in the Hospitality/Catering industry 4. Demonstrate evidence of Supervisory experience in the Hospitality/Catering industry Desirable Assessment Criteria 1. Supervisory management qualification The above are minimum criteria. These may be enhanced at the discretion of the Selection Panel.
Digital Marketing Officer

Wheel Preparation Operative
Your skill set: • Experience of motor vehicles is preferential but not essential. • Confident in working with alloy wheels and producing a high calibre of workmanship. • High organisational and interpersonal skills to compliment a busy workshop environment. • Demonstrate a high level of skill in wheel repairs and ability to advise on appropriate repairs. • Ability to integrate into a valued team within a busy environment with varied tasks. • Full, valid driving licence (aged 21+ for insurance purposes). Key Responsibilities: The following responsibilities are core to the effective performance of all alloy wheel Technicians working at Agnew Repair Centre. Accuracy of work is a priority to maintain quality and safety standards in all aspects. We may require additional specific activities and, where so, these will be identified separately. • To carry out work provided competently and within the times laid down per unit. • The removal & refitting of wheels from vehicles on a rota basis as part of the team. • Preparation of Alloy Wheels for refurbishment • Competent use of wheel prep machinery - Blaster – Sanding – StripTanks – • Competent use of Tyre breakers – Wheel Balancers – other facility machinery • To ensure safety checks and data sheets are completed daily and accurately. • To attend training courses as directed, and to use the PPE provided to adhere to H&S requirements. • To maintain the workplace in a clean and safe condition. • To advise the Bodyshop Controller of any issues relating to safety or failure. • Prepared to work overtime during periods of high volume to meet customer orders. • To ensure vehicles in our care receive the due care and attention that is synonymous to our Group. • To make full use of specialised equipment to maximise throughput. • Refit tyre pressure sensors, balance wheels, torque wheel studs and set tyre pressures. • To ensure displaced Alloy wheels are handled with care and stored in defined areas. Park Ranger
Salary: Scale 3 SCP 7-9 £25,584 - £26,409 per annum pro rata (weekend enhancement and irregular hours may be earned) JOB PURPOSE: To assist in the daily operation of the Country Park, Golf Course and associated buildings and to assist in promoting and encouraging use and enjoyment of the Country Park. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Maintain a presence in the Country Park and ensure that all relevant fees have been paid for use of Country Park facilities. 2. Open and close Park gates and buildings as required. 3. Drive Council vehicles, as required. 4. Assist the Duty Manager with events and activities, assist with risk assessments and the development of safe systems of work and issue participants with appropriate and safe equipment. 5. Undertake a programme of guided rides, walks, talks and other activities to promote knowledge of and interest in the Park, its historical significance, wildlife and recreational importance. 6. Prepare, erect and dismantle equipment, including sports, stage, exhibitions and functions. Inspect equipment to ensure that it is at the required standard before use and report and record all faults. 7. Carry out routine checks of the park, including the trails, golf course, play area, fishing stands and lake and take remedial action and report defects to the Duty Manager. 8. Provide a quality customer care service through interaction with customers and deal with all queries, problems and complaints in accordance with the Council’s operating procedures. 9. Receive payments, issue receipts, reconcile monies at end of shift and carry out general administrative duties, including dealing with the completion of booking forms and income data sheets. 10. Deal with inappropriate behaviour by Park users, if necessary, in conjunction with the Park’s management, other Council departments and statutory agencies. 11. Ensure hygiene and cleanliness is maintained within the Park and facilities and lock facilities to deter vandalism and abuse of the facility and equipment. 12. Maintain Park by grass cutting, edging, weeding of flowerbeds, water/feeding, sweeping/removal of leaves, litter, fly tipping and graffiti removal. 13. Respond to incidents and emergencies. Liaise with relevant staff, and if required emergency services, to achieve a resolution and ensure all relevant health & safety procedures are followed. Administer first aid if required and trained. 14. Signpost opportunities for volunteering, where appropriate, and liaise with the ‘Friends of the Park’ group. 15. In the absence of the Duty Manager, act as the Responsible Person, supervising part time and casual staff and volunteers, on a rotational basis, as required. 16.
