Requirements: · Must have experience of working within a manufacturing environment. · Have a good basic understanding of Plastics, IQMS requirements and general warehousing duties within a manufacturing environment. · Must possess good communication skills and be able to liase with staff at all levels within the company. · Ability to work on own initiative. · Identify and report on key production and safety related issues to the Team lead / Manager · Must have the ability to report system issues and/or fix them on a daily / night shift basis. · A good level of computer literacy is essential. Responsibilities: · Responsible for maintaining safety and housekeeping to the highest standards in accordance with cGMP and company policy/customer requirements at all times. · Maintain and support compliance to ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 systems standards. · Responsible for the implementation of all related procedures in his/her area from receipt of materials and packaging to the movement of finished goods to their designated areas. · Responsible for maintaining the real time monitoring system integrity by issuing agreed reports to his/her supervisor each shift. · Ensure correct segregation of all waste materials in accordance with procedures and policies and report breaches were evident. · Ensure the correct material is being used in each location/work centre for every shift and fix/report discrepancies where applicable. · Present finished goods to the warehouse in accordance with cGMP and the appropriate customer requirements/ procedures for that product. · Responsible for the seamless hand over of all related reports and information to his/her supervisor and to his/her colleagues working on opposite shifts. · Ensure correct material balances are always returned to the warehouse.
