The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills: · Have Qualification appropriate to the role e.g., Social Care, Nursing or other relevant qualification. · Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care · Recognised Management Course · Excellent communication skills to include Leadership, Mentoring, Support and Supervision. · Have a robust knowledge and understanding of HIQA standards and regulatory requirements as per the Health Act 2007. · Full current manual driving license & own transport · Participate in the regional on- call roster.
