Superannuation Officer Grade V Full Time Permanent JOB PURPOSE: The successful candidate will work closely with the Superannuation Manager and as part of the Human Resources team and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Nominated Health Agencies Superannuation Scheme (NHASS) and Single Public Sector Superannuation Scheme (SPSPS). The successful candidate will be required to deliver an efficient, accurate and confidential service to employees of St. Michael’s House and provide a customer focused service. Derivation and execution of effective measures to sustainably realise specific and superordinate sales strategies; continuous exchange with Sales Director/HQ on sales strategy, area/district performance, overall target achievement, change progress and human relations. Assure consistent transparency on corporate strategy, process demands as well as corporate values and ethics across assigned area/district by exchange with Sales Director / HQ. Securing compliance with all process standards (operational manuals, merchandising handbook, …) and relevant legal requirements (in particular health and safety regulations) through predefined store checks and regular store visits. The Psychologist is a valuable member of the Children’s Disability Network Team who provide a quality evidence-based service in line with family-centred practice and the Progressing Disability Services (PDS) principles. Essential Criteria: · A recognised university degree or diploma (QQ1 level 8 equivalent) obtained with 1st or 2nd class honours in which Psychology was taken as a major subject. · A recognised post-graduate professional qualification in clinical, counselling or educational psychology or an equivalent qualification validated by the Department of Health. We would welcome applications from 2025 doctorial graduates. * Applicants who qualified outside the Republic of Ireland must already have their qualifications validated by the Department of Health and Children and the Psychological Society of Ireland.
