Requirements · Third-level qualification (Level 7 or above) in Learning & Development, Education, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. · 3–5 years' experience in a manufacturing, production, operations, or training environment. · Experience delivering training within a regulated manufacturing environment. · Strong presentation, coaching, facilitation, and communication skills. · Excellent organisational and administrative abilities with strong attention to detail. · Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. · Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels and across shift-based operations. Desirable · Qualification in Training, Adult Education, Learning & Development, or Instructional Design. · Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). · Train-the-Trainer qualification. · Experience in food, pharmaceutical, medical device, FMCG, packaging, or other regulated manufacturing sectors. · Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, GMP, HACCP, ISO, Six Sigma, or similar standards. KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB To support the Digital and Innovation Officer in the delivery of a number of digital transformation projects across the Council. Apprenticeship schemes are a great opportunity to combine learning, training, and work experience. The post holder will be required to complete a Higher-Level Apprenticeship in Business Technology.
