We are looking for a Warehouse Orders Selector to join our team. This is the evening shift role with a starting rate of €16+ per hour, plus a shift allowance and opportunities for overtime. Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided. Key Accountabilities: · Hand Selection of orders within multi-temperature environments (Ambient, Cooler and Freezer chambers) · Meet or exceed minimum efficiency and accuracy levels · Follow Health & Safety, Food Safety, Hygiene and Operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies · Follow Manual Handling, Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and any other, role relevant, training (full training will be provided) · Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment, including but not limited to mechanical handling equipment, arm mounted terminal · Perform any other general warehousing duties as assigned Requirements: · Previous Warehouse experience desirable, full 2–4-week induction and training programme provided · Availability for 5 over 7 days working week (weekends included), ability to work different shift patterns and overtime when required · A team player with the ability to work to deadlines in the fast-paced environment · Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the business, as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations · High level of productivity and accuracy with a safety conscious mindset · No public transport available to/from depot – own transport advisable The duties and responsibilities outlined in this job description are neither definitive nor restrictive and may change in detail from time to time to meet the changing needs of the business Sysco is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Driver Check In Operative, Warehouse Inventory

Upon joining Sysco, you will initially be located at our Lisburn Depot, Hillhall Road and relocating to our new Belfast site at Nutts Corner, Co.Antrim, anticipated to be March or April 2025 Summary Inventory/DCI operatives are responsible for processing our drivers’ paperwork and any returned products, making sure product is properly coded and staged for put away, entering data into the warehouse management system in a fast and efficient manner. This position requires flexible starting times working any 5/7 days. The job requires working in areas with temperature and humidity variations (dry, cooler and freezer). Key Accountabilities: · Make sure drivers & customers have signed all pages of invoices and returns · Keep records of driver paperwork errors · Check all assets returned by driver · Check all returned product and make sure returns are properly coded · Run labels and tag returned product · Enter data into the warehouse management system · Make sure drivers place equipment and returns on proper pallets in the returns area · Check product list under HACCP regulations · Release manifest when driver check-in process has been completed · Keep return area clean and orderly · Communicate any problems to management in a timely manner · Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by your manager · Operate an electric power pallet truck or forklift to transport product · Follow SSOW and SOPs and immediately report any unsafe conditions · Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the business · Requires working efficiently, proactively and Health and Safety conscious in a fast-paced warehouse environment · Develop a good working knowledge of product, placement, and inventory control techniques and procedures · Daily cycle counting and inventory integrity across all zones · Follow procedures to comply with HACCP policy The role requires a candidate who will possess: · PC Skills: Excel, Email and Word familiar with WMS systems · Strong numerical and analytical skills required · Attention to detail and accuracy · Must be able to identify product and determine quality according to HACCP guidelines · Strong personality and effective communication skills to explain and enforce proper policies and procedures · Strong organizational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines · The ability to co-operate and get along with co-workers · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in person and on telephone · The ability to analyse and resolve problems effectively and efficiently · Previous inventory experience in a fast-pace warehouse environment · Experience operating an electric pallet truck or forklift · Flexibility with regards to hours of work / shift work · Strong mathematical skills needed to count product, multiply, add, subtract and understand percentages Core Competencies: · Understanding your customers – acts as a role model in personal approach to internal and external customer goals. Warehouse Operative (Night Shift)
Purpose/Main Objectives of Job: Responsible for the processing of products from receipt, storage and order picking to provide a high service level to the customer KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Picking 1. Pick orders as per the picking instructions, either manual or VCP paying particular attention to the quantity and best before date to be picked 2. Assemble orders to ensure the stock arrives with the customer in a good condition and not damaged 3. Pay particular attention to build quality, pallet utilization, pallet identification and wrapping 4. Complete picking instructions, either manual or VCP, as per the current instructions explained by the Controller 5. Stock rotation principles of FIFO (first in, first out) must be adhered to 6. Achieve productivity and quality targets Miscellaneous 1. Participation in the weekend rota 2. Only operatives with a current certificate may use any of the mechanical handling equipment in the warehouses 3. Report all faults or damage to company property to the shift controller 4. All operatives must wear the protective clothing and safety shoes supplied by the company 5. Adhere to the Company Health & Safety Policy 6. Adhere to Food Safety Hygiene requirements at all times 7. The company operates a ‘clean-as-you-go’ policy in the warehouse. Details will be supplied by the warehouse controller 8. Work within the processes and procedures agreed for the Group of companies 9. Build good relationships with colleagues in own department and other departments 10. Continually develop personal behaviours and skills for mutual benefit 11. Undertake any other reasonable task requested by the Company 12. All operatives must report to a controller before leaving site.

Warehouse Operative
Bondelivery specialise in the secure storage and transportation of goods to a wide variety of high profile customers throughout Ireland and providing high quality service to a major UK parcels network. We have the following permanent vacancies in the Main Warehouse of our Nutts Corner Depot. We require enthusiastic self-starters to carry out parcel sorting duties and to ensure that deliveries/returns are loaded/unloaded and assembled correctly according to client specification. Also to carry out a variety of general warehousing duties. Sunday to Friday - 5 days out of 6 days per week - 10:30am to 7:00pm OR 12:00noon to 8:30pm plus overtime as required (start/finish times may fluctuate in line with operational needs) SALARY: £10.75 per hour gross (under 21 years) £12.21 per hour gross (21 years and over) approx. Warehouse Operative
The successful candidates will work closely with all members of the Logistics Team to ensure the prompt despatch of customer orders. The role will involve lifting cases of product and working in a chilled environment. Responsibilities will include accurately locating and picking chilled food products to provide a high service level to the customer. You will also be responsible for receipt checking of inbound goods, checking and despatch of outbound goods, stock rotation and assisting with stock checks. Previous experience in a similar role in the food industry, knowledge of food product, storage and rotation and good general education would be beneficial. Hours of work are as per a shift rota.
