The Role: Customer Operations develop, deliver and support excellent customer experience and service to both domestic and non-domestic customers within a regulated industry. Customer Operations is responsible for managing the customer relationship with the Customer Contact Centre, ensuring timely and accurate customer billing services and effectively implementing the Uisce Éireann customer strategy. The Connections and Developer Services (CDS) team are responsible for the end to end customer management of all connections to the Uisce Éireann network. They are responsible for managing the vesting/taking in charge processes, including the progression of assessment, modelling, design, inspection, estimation and commercials of same nationally. The CDS Commercial team is responsible for the coordination of connection contracts based on both standard and quotable connections, ensuring that all connection quotes are robust and the financial costs are recognised once the connection has been completed. This role is to provide governance and commercial reviews in line Uisce Éireann Connection Charging Policy and all other integral governance procedures. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Commercial Connections Technical Manager will be responsible for manging the relationship between Connections and Developer Services and the UÉ contact centre, commercial aspects of the standard connection contracts process and supporting the CDS Commercial Manager in ensuring all connection offers and commercial activites adehere to the Uisce Érieann Connection Charging Policy and CDS governance requirements. The Role: The Infrastructure Delivery Directorate (IDD) Portfolio Office function supports the effective management of the delivery of the IDD investment programme by ensuring governance and control through data management and systems, processes and performance reporting and analysis including the management of planning, land, wayleave, utility and statutory consents. This enables efficient delivery of the investment programme by providing programme visibility, informed risk management, analysis, challenge, and decision making. The function also provides expert support in key areas that enable the effective, efficient, and sustainable delivery of the IDD investment portfolio. The Project Controls Team sit within the IDD Portfolio Office. The purpose of the Project Controls Team is to monitor, analyse, and manage various aspects of Uisce Éireann portfolios to ensure they stay on track with their objectives, schedule, and budget in line with the Invest to Outcome (I2O) Governance Framework. The team oversees cost management, schedule management and performance monitoring activities. Telemetry Maintenance Technician

The Asset Operational Control Function has responsibility for developing, implementing, and managing the activities of key technical teams and infrastructure, which provide expertise and excellence on a national basis in collaboration with, and complementary to, the Regional and Local delivery of routine front-line water and wastewater services. The Integrated Operations team monitor the performance of the operating environment, ensuring risks to service continuity are identified and managed and that the Customer first approach is at the forefront of Asset Operations activities. This will include the performance of the asset base, optimising production and managing network integrity during interventions. The Telemetry Maintenance Technician will report to the Telemetry Maintenance Lead. The Telemetry Maintenance Technician has a national remit and is responsible for supporting the delivery of a customer focused service providing day to day developmental, technical and operational support to the National Operations Management Centre team and the users of the Uisce Éireann Telemetry system. This involves the review of site signal listings, configuration, monitoring end to end testing and resolving problems (nuisance alarming, incorrect configuration etc.), the raising of work orders and stakeholder management where appropriate.
