Business & Marketing Operations Manager Employer: MGT Foods Ltd Location: KFC Carrickmines, Dublin 18 MGT Foods Ltd is seeking to recruit a Business & Marketing Operations Manager for its KFC restaurant in Carrickmines, Dublin 18. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering 39 hours per week with an annual salary of €37,000. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing the business and marketing operations of the restaurant to ensure operational efficiency, commercial growth, increased sales performance and compliance with company standards. Requirements Applicants should possess a degree in Business Management, Marketing, Operations Management, Strategic Management or a related discipline, or demonstrate equivalent relevant experience in business operations and commercial performance management. The successful candidate should demonstrate: • Experience in business operations, operational planning and performance management. • Experience in marketing, sales analysis, promotional campaigns or business development. • Strong analytical, organisational and leadership skills. • Experience in KPI analysis, budgeting, financial performance management, cost control and process improvement. • Knowledge of local marketing strategies, customer engagement and revenue growth initiatives. • Knowledge of procurement, inventory management, workforce planning and operational reporting. • Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, health and safety legislation and regulatory compliance. • Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. • The ability to analyse business data and implement operational and marketing strategies in a fast-paced commercial environment.
