Avista are establishing a team which will provide specialist clinical supports in line with individual needs and best practice. The provision will include in-reach, expert clinical support to existing MDTs where there has been an identified need in line with the Disability Regional Enhanced Services and Supports for Complex Behaviour (DRESS) model (NCPPD, 2023). We are seeking a manager to develop this new service initiative and manage this new Behaviour & Therapeutic Support Team. This role, based in Dublin, is a permanent full-time contract.
