This is a cross-College role which carries with it responsibility for providing support for students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities or who need to access additional support in their learning. Payroll Coordinator

OVERALL ROLE OBJECTIVE: To assist the Payroll Supervisor in the achievement of the accurate and timely payment of wages for all employees to include ROI pay run and contribute to the completion of the overall pay and benefits strategy JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: The post holder will: 1 Assist the Payroll Team Lead to ensure that a timely quality service is provided to all employees 2 Assist with the UK/ROI payroll process 3 Calculate and input all payroll information in relation to sick pay, maternity pay, payments, shift allowances, tax code changes, salary amendments, bank detail changes, tax credits, student loans, bonus payments, commission and child care vouchers etc 4 Ensure the correct calculation and timely payment of monthly wages into employee bank accounts and the distribution of payslips 5 Assist Line Managers/Supervisors to maintain TMS system and ensure employees clockcards are recorded accurately in line with company policies 6 Ensure all new starts and leavers are entered into the payroll system 7 Deal with all queries from employees and external bodies including Revenue and other government departments 8 Supply copy payslips and completion of application forms for mortgage purposes etc 9 Ensure the timely and accurate payment of Court Orders and Child Support Agency payments etc 10 Assume responsibility for collating and entering all absence data on to the HR database and processing all related payroll duties 11 Provide assistance to the HR department as required 12 Maintain a high level of confidentiality QUALIFICATIONS 5 GCSE (or equivalent) passes Grade C or above including English Language and Mathematics EXPERIENCE Previous experience within a payroll/finance administration role Previous experience of processing UK & ROI Payroll Proficiency in the use of payroll software KEY SKILLS Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office packages to include Word, Excel Proven ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in all work undertaken Proven ability to work effectively on own initiative and effectively contribute within a team environment Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) Professional customer focussed approach

Despatch Operator

​​​​​​​The Role: Able to maintain warehouse operations in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards; Experienced in Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing, receiving, storing, and issuing packaging materials according to production requirements; Demonstrates safe material handling practices, ensuring no damage to personnel, products, or equipment; Able to perform cycle counts and stock reconciliation for Main Warehouse and consumable inventories; Accurately prepares and raises Bradley trailer documentation and associated paperwork; Loading and unloading of Lorries of despatched and received goods. The Person: A minimum of 1 years previous experience in a similar role; Previous experience of stock taking, packaging, ingredients & finished goods, and adjusting variances; High standard of written and spoken English; Good standard of administration and IT skills; A working appreciation of health and safety legislation. Preference will be given to candidates with: At least 1 years fork truck experience and valid licence (Counter Balance, Reach, and Pallet Truck); A shunter licence. Normal shift pattern will be Friday to Sunday 6.00am to 6.00pm.
