This support will include meeting the general administrative demands of PDS, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Metrics, Parliamentary Questions (PQs), Complaint processing, Risk Registers, Freedom of Information (FOI) file requests and Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) in Enable Ireland’s capacity as Lead Agency for 20 networks. · To provide PDS administrative support to the Director of Services office as required. · Provide support to the CDNMs and CSM assigned to the region as required. · Prepare correspondence as requested, including processing of Freedom of Information and Data Subject Access Requests. · Research, collect and collate data and statistics, and prepare reports and submissions as assigned. · In line with national and local policy and in partnership with the Director of Services, CSM and CDNM, to support the CDNT (Children’s Disability Network Team) in collating a Strength Needs Analysis, support training requests and organise and coordinate training for staff, and for other specified groups as required. To compile and update, as required, a tracker and checklist of mandatory training for record and insurance purposes. · Collate reports required for the Board of Enable Ireland and HSE in relation to children’s services for review. · Support service in responding to PQs · Support service in responding to complaints and maintain a tracking system for all complaints · With the CDNM/CSM, review accident or incident, or potential incident, which may take place and ensure appropriate reporting and tracking of same · Support management and service in reviewing and updating risk registers · Support administrative functions of the service including record management, clinical administrative duties and other data processing systems including CDNTIMS. · Take a lead role in developing administration related policies and procedures to support the service in collaboration with management. · Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests on behalf of the assigned manager, and respond where appropriate. This will include covering Reception duties. · Support the designated managers in prioritising items that require urgent attention · Support CDNT recruitment campaigns and appointments as appropriate · Record, maintain and manage the filing system, including both soft and hard copy files. · Co-ordinate the storage and archiving of files in line with Enable Ireland’s Data Protection and Information Management policies. · Provide supervision and guidance to CDNT admin staff. · Plan and organise activities and resources efficiently and effectively as required. · Ensures strict compliance with health and safety standards and adheres to operational guidelines ensuring office equipment is checked and working correctly in accordance with safety standards. · Participate in Enable Ireland’s in service training days/conferences as required. · Other administration tasks to support the designated manager. This is a varied role with a primary focus on production. Services are provided in accordance with legislative and service delivery frameworks and requirements, within the resources allocated. As a senior member of the interdisciplinary team, the post holder will be responsible for the provision of Occupational Therapy services, including assessment and intervention to children and adolescents enrolled on the CDNT. Services will be provided across a variety of settings including the clinic, schools, preschools and special schools, children’s homes and community settings. Duties Planning & Managing § To plan and organise individual and group caseloads, and provide a range of occupational therapy services to include assessment, diagnosis and needs based interventions to children with complex needs. § Services may be delivered across a range of settings including but not limited to clinic, home, education (including special educational placements) and community settings. About the role Reporting to the Vice President of Foodservice Europe this role will be an integral part of the Foodservice Business Leadership team, tasked with developing and executing a strategic growth plan for the Foodservice Chains, In-direct Meats and Brands portfolio into Europe. This is a dynamic role with a broad remit – working from strategic development of the Foodservice business plan, innovation platform development, bespoke proposition development, senior customer engagement, people leadership and all elements of marketing planning, development and execution. Key responsibilities • Work in partnership with the VP of Foodservice and the extending Foodservice leadership team to set the vision and strategy for the European Foodservice business to deliver €100m, growth by 2025 • Work in collaboration with the extended Foodservice leadership team to set the innovation platform priorities for the business unit, embed a new Gate process for Foodservice and mobilise the appropriate cross functional teams around developing & executing our innovation priority projects • Lead the planning process for the development and execution of the Foodservice business (Chains, Indep & Meats) – in partnership with the FSLT • Work in partnership with the Commercial Directors to develop and execute channel and customer growth plans – aligned to our business priorities • Lead a team of marketing experts to deliver best in customer propositions, NPD launches, campaign development & launches, flawless customer engagements (virtual, in person, trade events etc.) and all elements of brand portfolio management. • Position Kerry as thought leaders in the foodservice industry by leading the development and execution of key insight reports on changing market dynamics and focus categories for our business. While constantly ensuring we are bringing the ‘outside in’ context into our business. • Champion the sustainability agenda across the Foodservice BU – identifying new opportunities to leverage our sustainability expertise to drive differentiation versus the competitive set • Work with the Foodservice Senior Marketing Managers to continually evaluate and assess all of our marketing activity – to foster a culture of continual improvement and optimization • Lead the Our Voice action plan for the foodservice business unit – including chairing the FS Employee Engagement Committee • Work in collaboration with colleagues in North America, LATAM and APMEA to drive the global foodservice agenda – identifying synergies across our key customers and brands • Management, development and coaching of the Foodservice Marketing Team. • Work as part of the Marketing Leadership Team to continually evolve and improve the culture, employee experience and outputs of the wider marketing department.
