OVERALL ROLE OBJECTIVE: To support the Global Marketing Manager in the implementation of the annual marketing plan for Almac Pharma Services to generate customer centric growth. The Marketing Associate will be expected to collaborate with a range of internal stakeholders and work closely with the Almac Group corporate marketing team to produce and drive delivery of marketing tactics on a daily basis and support in market activities. JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: The post holder will support: Support the implementation of key elements of the marketing plan for Almac Pharma Services’ business with direction and support from the Almac Pharma Services’ Global Marketing Manager. Conduct key market research activity and routinely share findings with relevant team members to inform and support the development of Almac Pharma Services’ offerings, including industry trends, competitor intelligence and client insights. Work with the Corporate Market Insights team to facilitate further research initiatives as required. Work closely with technical and subject matter experts across the business to support the creation of engaging written materials, including thought leadership articles, blogs, case studies, and brochures, helping to translate technical input into clear, well-structured copy that accurately reflects developments and aligns with business and marketing goals. Actively collaborate with all departments to support client-facing meetings and calls, identify issues and opportunities and ensure teams are equipped with relevant, up-to-date materials including slide decks, brochureware and other key materials. Alongside Almac Pharma Services’ Business Development Associate, support the generation of appropriate multi-channel communication campaign activity to promote Almac Pharma Services’ offerings to target markets including: • Targeted eMail (eDM) activity • Advertising & profiles • Website management • Conference and event attendance • Digital marketing • PR • Social media Liaise directly with Corporate Marketing Events team to co-ordinate, maintain and execute the Almac Pharma Services’ global conference and events schedule including: • Booking events • Agreeing speakers and topics • Event logistics including merchandise inventory • Engaging with Almac Pharma Services’ Business Development Managers and relevant SMEs • Event promotion • Recording debrief information and corresponding follow up as required Effectively monitor and report on analytics information e.g. HubSpot, social media, Google Analytics, Salesforce and other sources to track ROI and make recommendations to improve marketing performance and key measurement metrics. Liaise with external agencies and Corporate Marketing to generate brand compliant material to deliver agreed campaigns as per the marketing plan. Work closely with Corporate Marketing team and internal Almac Pharma Services’ teams to ensure the Almac Pharma Services’ messaging and positioning meet communications needs, are brand compliant, and support the company’s overall growth strategy. This role may require international travel and coverage beyond normal working hours and it is a condition of your employment that you are able to fulfil this requirement. The main duties of the role include: • Liaise with Engineering and R&D teams to determine current and future test requirements in order to plan and coordinate resourcing for each project. • Coordinate the daily activities of the Software Test Engineering Team, setting objectives and reviewing quality and performance against objectives. • Report on status of test projects to direct and senior management. • Create test strategies for standalone software products or new products containing software. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of software and analyser platforms in order to develop appropriate test protocols. • Understanding the entire system and reporting on the test coverage. • Create, locate and acquire data required for testing assignments. • Estimate Software Testing activities as required by the Project Manager. • Create verification test cases to assure: Quality, Functionality, Reliability and Usability of standalone software products or products containing software. • Execute manual and automated test cases on standalone software products or products containing software. • Identify and record software defects within a problem-tracking system. • Contribute to FMEA and risk assessments for projects under development. • Ensure all systems are tested to a high quality, ensuring compliance with appropriate internal procedures and European and International standards. • Partake in reviews to determine the status of software and associated products to ensure products released by Randox have been suitably verified. Essential criteria: • Qualified to degree level in a software related discipline. • Minimum of 3 years experience working within a Software Test environment. • Familiarity with at least 2 of the following programming languages: C#, C++, Delphi, VB and Java. • Excellent knowledge of software testing processes and testing methodologies such as V-Model, Waterfall and Agile. • Experience working to strict deadlines. • Strong knowledge of both manual and automated software testing. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. Desirable criteria: • Previous people or project management experience. • Previous experience in a software role within a regulated environment. • Experience in the use of automated test software such as Ranorex Studio. • Experience in the use of bug tracking software such as SpiraPlan.

Clinical Supply Associate
OVERALL ROLE OBJECTIVE: CLINICAL SUPPLY ASSOCIATES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EXECUTION OF SUPPLY CHAIN STRATEGY DETAILS IN SUPPORT OF A CLINICAL PROTOCOL AND PLANNING ACTIVITIES REQUIRED TO ACHIEVE THE OPERATIONAL AND TECHNICAL ASPECTS OF A STUDY. Customer Service: • Provide customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations in alignment with business capabilities. • Deliver quoted project tasks on time and as expected by the customer. • Maintain communication pathways with customer and team to ensure accurate and timely exchange of information to support project and supply chain strategies. 2. Project Management: • Create and collate project management artifacts (e.g., agendas, minutes, schedules). • Generate Almac specific project related documentation for the initiation and management of the protocols. • Coordinate internal and external activities in alignment with project schedules. • Report project budget and scope changes to Clinical Supplies Manager (CSM) in partnership with Business Development to address any modifications. 3. Supply Chain Management: • Fulfil supply chain management support and requirements as described in the customer quote and direct communication. • Monitor manufacturing, distribution, and returns for the trial in cooperation with the CSM and internal Almac departments. • Oversee, maintain and manage information to support the clinical supply strategy. 4. Contribute to the creation of the Technical Agreement (TA) to document standard working practices and define responsibilities between Almac and the customer. 5. Perform routine supply chain maintenance activities which may include release of orders from the resupply workbench, assessment of forecasts and supply chain strategies, reconciliation of supply data, and various tasks in an IRT, as agreed. 6. Identify risk areas that require escalation to the Clinical Supply Manager such as those related to supply or project timelines. 7. Troubleshoot supply management applications in which there is an interference with smooth supply of materials to sites and depots, such as WebEZ Order Supplies, IRT issues (in conjunction with the Distribution Lead). 8. Develop instructional materials such as slide decks, user guides, and Pharmacy Manuals that are required. Assist in development of Business Review materials. 9. Respond to ad hoc inventory management requests to assure supply demands are met, considering project timelines. Produce ad hoc reports as requested and communicate risks to Clinical Supply Manager. 10. Collate KPIs requested by the Clinical Supply Manager. 11. Organise tasks based on priority and/or requirement. 12. Communicate clearly, promptly, and professionally in all formats. 13. Assess situations and make sound decisions, both on behalf of the customer and in the best interest of Almac. 14. Provide attention to detail. 15. Adapt promptly to fast paced environment and changing project requirements and arising urgencies. 16. Perform administrative tasks to assist in the execution of project activities. 17.
