Overview of Duties & Responsibilities • Collaborate with the child / young person while working in partnership with their parent/family/carer and all other relevant stakeholders to identify and achieve goals. • Demonstrates sufficient clinical skills in assessment and intervention to meet the specific needs of the relevant caseload • Form strong positive working relationships across all areas of the service, builds on a common understanding. • To work in collaboration with the other members of the interdisciplinary team in the planning and delivery of services for children and young people, in particular in the development of child and family centred planning. • Plans and organises individual and group caseloads, to include assessments, interventions and diagnosis for children (0 – 18 years) with a range of significant complex needs, and may include physical, sensory, learning disabilities, developmental delay and autism. • Demonstrates a sound understanding of administrative practice and protocol in decisions. • Provide a Physiotherapy service to include assessment and intervention and ongoing service delivery to children with a range of complex needs. • Works as part of an inter-disciplinary team. • Builds credibility and portrays the profession/service in a positive light by being professional and well informed. • Candidate must hold a full driving license. • Holds an appropriate and effective set of professional values and beliefs and behaves in line with professional standards as set down by Enable Ireland, the Network Disability Team partnership and relevant professional bodies. Essential Criteria The successful candidate will have: 1. Statutory Registration, Professional Qualifications, Experience: a) Candidates for appointment must: i. Be registered, or be eligible for registration, on the Physiotherapists Register maintained by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU. AND ii. Have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and professional ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office. AND iii. Provide proof of Statutory Registration on the Physiotherapists Register maintained by the Physiotherapists Register Registration Board at CORU before a contract of employment can be issued. 2. Annual registration i. On appointment practitioners must maintain annual registration on the Physiotherapists Register maintained by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU. AND ii. Practitioners must confirm annual registration with CORU to the Enable Ireland. AND iii. Be eligible to work in the state iv. Valid driving licence for within the state / jurisdiction with access to own transfer in order to delivery services across a large geographical area Desirable Criteria • Previous experience in the area of disability • Experience of working with children and families in a community based setting. • Broad knowledge of Enable Ireland Services. To lead, guide and supervise sonographers and other staff and to successfully manage the US service, with effective utilisation of all resources allocated. Purpose/Main Objectives of Job: Responsible for the stages of the food processing supply chain from receipt, storage, processing and order picking to provide a high service level to the customer KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Food Processing 1. To complete food processing tasks as allocated by the QA/production supervisor and team leader, paying particular attention to the quality of the raw materials and adhering to best before dates 2. Handle product to ensure the stock arrives with the customer in a good condition, with good presentation, and not damaged 3. Pay particular attention to final presentation, wrapping, and labelling 4. Pack finished product into boxes or onto trays, again ensuring good presentation and no damage on arrival with the customer 5. Stock rotation principles of FIFO (first in, first out) must be adhered to 6. Achieve productivity and quality targets Miscellaneous 1. Participation in weekend working when required 2. Operatives can only use equipment for which they have been trained by the production supervisor or the team leader 3. Only operatives with a current certificate may use any of the mechanical handling equipment in the warehouse 4. Report all faults or damage to company property to the QA/production supervisor and the team leader 5. All operatives must wear the protective clothing supplied by the company at all times in the production area 6. Adhere to the Company Health & Safety Policy 7. Adhere to Food Safety Hygiene requirements and the HACCP system at all times 8. The company operates a ‘clean-as-you-go’ policy in the factory.
