We are seeking a part time IT Support Contractor to help maintain and improve our digital systems, including providing support for our Salesforce CRM and broader IT infrastructure. Job Purpose The IT Support Contractor will provide technical support to Hygiene Hub to ensure that organisational systems remain secure, reliable and effective. The role will include supporting the maintenance and improvement of the organisation’s Salesforce system, including the management of leads, contacts and accounts, resolving issues relating to reports and flows, and supporting staff in their use of the system.
