BAND: 4 JOB PURPOSE: To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support NIHE business delivery by providing a bricklaying service for Housing Executive properties while upholding safety guidelines and complying with all applicable Codes and Regulations in line with our vision and values. Counter Sales Assistant
About the Role McKeevers Chemists is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Sales Assistant to join our team in Kircubbin on a fixed-term basis. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day running of the shop. You'll help customers find the products they need, maintain attractive shop displays, replenish stock, and work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure a welcoming and efficient shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer. Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases. Operate the till and process transactions accurately. Replenish stock and ensure shelves are fully stocked and well presented. Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming shop environment. Monitor stock levels and report shortages where appropriate. Assist with merchandising and promotional displays. Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure the smooth running of the branch. Follow all company policies and procedures.
