This requires a personal commitment to the vision expressed both in words and in style of working. The person appointed will be flexible, innovative, and provide an efficient secretarial/administrative service. The role is characterised by providing a confidential and supportive environment in which the Manager may efficiently and effectively conduct the business of the area. Qualifications, Skills & Experience The appointee must have: A secretarial qualification that includes a sound working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, e-commerce, and internet. At least 3 years administrative experience to discharge the functions of the post in a satisfactory manner (essential). Effective communication, interpersonal, and team-working skills. Excellent organisational and coordination skills. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Commitment to teamwork. Confident, interested, enthusiastic, and possessing a friendly and positive approach to service users and staff. Ability to be flexible and work on own initiative.
