We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Acting Children's Disability Network Manager t o join our team in CHO 8 Meath CDNT 4 Dunshaughlin / East Meath Contract Type: 12 month fixed term contract Contract Hours: 35 hours per week (1.0 WTE) Salary Scale: The current salary for this post is based on the Enable Ireland Acting CDNM 7-point pay scale, with salaries ranging from €87,142 to €97,637 per annum, pro rata, at April 2026 rates. Annual Leave Entitlement : 34 days pro rata per annum and proportionately less for less than 12 months service Overview of the Post: The Acting Children’s Disability Network Manager (Acting CDNM) is responsible to Enable Ireland for the development of Children’s Disability Services within the designated area, in line with National Policy. The Acting CDNM is the accountable and responsible person for ensuring the delivery of high quality, safe, integrated children’s disability services to the population of the assigned Community Healthcare Network. This will be provided in accordance with legislative and service delivery frameworks and requirements, within the resources allocated. Using the key principles of the Progressing Disability Services for Children and Young People programme as a model of service which is based on family-centred practice and interdisciplinary team working, the Acting CDNM will have full responsibility and accountability for managing resources including all the children’s disability staff within the Children’s Disability Network. The Acting CDNM will provide day to day operational line management for children’s disability staff and provide clinical assurance regarding the professional supervision of each clinician working in that team. The Acting CDNM will be supported in this regard by agreed evidence based clinical governance structure within Enable Ireland.
