Candidates must have active Irish Medical Council Registration. Previous experience in Ireland is desirable 3 years experience in Respiratory Medicine is essential. Candidates must have completed all relevant membership exams BLS & ACLS Valid OET/IELTS examinations (where applicable. Portiuncula University Hospital comprises of 194 beds which includes plans for a new 50 bed ward block opening in August 2024. Portiuncula University Hospital provides 24/7 acute surgery, acute medicine, critical care, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology along with a 24/7 Emergency Department which had 30,283 attendances in 2023. The hospital serves the catchment areas of East Galway, Westmeath, North Tipperary, Roscommon and Offaly and has a natural referral pathway to the Midlands. Ballinasloe is the largest town in County Galway. The town has excellent junior and secondary schools and is close to the University of Galway and the Technology University of Shannon in Athlone. The town is served by public transport to the major centres. The area offers an abundance of sports, leisure and entertainment facilities. The town offers easy access to major regional centres of Galway City. Education & Training: Portiuncula University Hospital is a recognised site for training of undergraduate medical students from University of Galway and graduate entry medical students from University of Limerick. We are an accredited site for intern training for the West North West Intern Training program. We offer Basic Specialist Training in General Medicine to Senior House Officers on the RCPI training program and also an approved site with the ICGP West training scheme for GP training. We have international trainees on the CPSP program through RCPI and we also have Basic and Higher Specialist trainees in Surgery, Paediatrics and Obstetrics and Gynaecology. There is formal structured weekly teaching for all medical staff in general internal medicine topics, MRCP teaching and exam preparation, advanced clinical skills training and inter professional simulation based education in the care of the deteriorating patient on a monthly basis. The Role Fixed Term Contract - 3 months - Candidates should be immediatley available or available within 2 weeks Primary purpose of the role is to proactively monitor an assigned portfolio of client accounts, to prompt time payment of invoices and recovery of overdue balances. Clients will span multiple lines of business, vertical and segment. As a credit controller, it will be your responsibility to evaluate client payment behaviours and follow company policy and procedures including but not limited to enforcing credit limits, obtaining pre-payments, negotiating payment plans and applying service suspensions. In the most severe cases, you will need to work with key stakeholders and third parties to recover monies from persistent bad payers, and insolvency processes to negotiate the recovery of funds. Within your role it is vital to maintain accurate customer information and correspondence history within the required systems of record. Day to day activities will include communication across a variety of channels, issuing receivables documentation, dealing with simple and complex client queries or disputes. Collaboration across multiple functions and stakeholders will play a key part in achieving personal targets and overall business outcomes of reducing overdue debt and improving client payment days. John Paul Adult Services John Paul Adult Services provides a combination of campus and community based services to adults with varying support needs, based on personal outcome measures. Location: John Paul Adult Services (Ballybane, Galway city). Staff allocation is for day service setting. The appointee will initially commence working in one particular area of the John Paul services and this work location may change due to future service needs. The Role: Staff Nurses and Enhanced Staff Nurses fulfil a key worker supportive and advocative role for adults supported by the service in all aspects of their lives, focusing on each individual’s ability and promoting independence and development of skills at all times. Our staff are at the heart of everything we do and achieve. We have an exciting new fixed-term opportunity for a Phlebotomist within our clinic in St Pauls, London. Location: Main location = 143 High Street, Kensington, London, W86SU. Successful applicants will work within a dynamic rota model. This means that while rotas will be provided in advance, scheduled shifts may be across different clinic locations within the relevant cluster area, depending on customer demand and operational requirements. This role will cover the following Randox Health Clinics within Cluster1: Clinics include: St Pauls, Great Portland Street, Kensington, Kings Road, and White City. Contract Offered: Full-time, fixed-term 12 month contract. Working Hours / Shifts: 40 hours per week, 5 shifts across 7 days. Mon/ Sat 07:40-16:20 Tue-Fri 06:40-15:20/ 10:30-19:00. Sundays 09:40-17:20. Our clinics operate 7 days a week, so you’ll be expected to work your contracted hours across the week, Saturday to Friday. Rotas are provided in advance on a rolling basis, giving you visibility of your working pattern ahead of time, although rotas are subject to change depending on support needed for cover.
