About the Role Cuanlee Refuge is currently recruiting for the role of  Systems Administrator . Safe Ireland has been working with Enclude and Quality Matters to identify, develop and implement an integrated information solution for Domestic Violence services in Ireland, which can deliver an innovative solution to the current gaps in information management and business intelligence in the sector. Cuanlee CLG is one of the many domestic violence service providers to engage with and be working towards implementing the eSAFE CRM System. The eSAFE roll out will commence in April 2022. The System Administrator role will be central to the rollout of this new system and to ensuring that it is being used effectively post implementation. The System Administrator will initially need to be familiar with the current method of data collection as both systems will be operational at the same time. As well as understanding all aspects of system usage within the service, the System Administrator will need to ensure that there is a focus on high quality data being entered in the system. Other requirements of this post will be data collection for our funders, preparation of monthly financial accounts and general administration duties.
