We are looking for someone who works to the highest standards, is knowledgeable of all levels of HACCP and has experience in managing a vibrant, busy kitchen. Previous Nursing Home experience would be beneficial, but not necessary. Requirements Culinary Expertise including specialised dietary requirements. A recognized qualification in Culinary Arts Leaderships skills with ability to manage and inspire a team. Good Attention to Detail regarding food preparation and presentation. Excellent Organizational Skills and the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Great Communication skills, capable of interacting with all personnel in the Nursing Home, Residents, staff, management, and visitors. Contract for 39 hours per week over 7 days. Competitive Salary, Free Parking and Paid Holidays Hourly Rate €20 - €21 per hour
