We are currently seeking experienced Telecoms Poling Crew members for ongoing pole changeover work in Limerick, Ireland. Carry out pole changeovers, including the removal of old/damaged poles and installation of new poles Work on both overhead and underground telecoms networks Operate pole erection equipment such as pole jacks, winches, and MEWPs safely and efficiently Install, secure and transfer cables, ensuring proper tensioning and clearances Complete daily risk assessments, adhere to health & safety protocols, and use full PPE Carry out site setup, including signage, barriers, and traffic management (where applicable) Maintain accurate records of work completed, including digital photo logs and paperwork Communicate effectively with supervisors and other crew members to ensure smooth operations Previous experience in telecoms poling or utility pole installation (essential) Full driving licence (BE or C1+E preferred) Safe Pass and Manual Handling (required) M.E.W.P. licence, Pole Top Rescue, and Working at Heights certification (preferred) Strong understanding of site safety, lifting operations, and working around live networks Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to work as part of a crew and follow clear instructions and safety protocol

Inland Fisheries Ireland (IFI) has an exciting opportunity for an Division Administrator to join our new Barrier Mitigation Division. LOCATION This role may be based at IFI’s regional offices; Citywest, Dublin / Macroom, Cork / Limerick City, Limerick / Ballina, Mayo Inland Fisheries Ireland is proud to offer a hybrid working model for this role which will typically consist of 2-days working remotely and 3-days working from the successful candidate's designated office, subject to business requirements and approval from line management. THE NATIONAL BARRIER MITIGATION PROGRAMME IFI is excited to be taking the lead on the National Barrier Mitigation Programme 2024 – 2027. This new division has been established with funding from the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage (DHLGH) and Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications (DECC). The aim of the National Barrier Mitigation Programme (NBMP) is to improve river hydromorphology and connectivity in Irish catchments by strategically targeting significant barriers to fish passage and structures degrading river form, flow and function. Iconic species such as Atlantic salmon and the European eel are threatened species and IFI is mandated to protect them under law. Removing barriers will open habitat to various species in an era where habitat loss is impacting severely on biodiversity both nationally and internationally. The Division Administrator will work closely with NBMP Administration and management team to provide general administrative, operational and personnel support to the Barriers Mitigation Division. Brothers of Charity Services Ireland – Southern Region The Brothers of Charity Services Ireland – Southern Region is a major voluntary organisation, which provides age related residential, educational and day services for people with intellectual disabilities, autism and communication disorders throughout the Cork and Kerry area. Applications are invited for the following:- Social Care Leaders / Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (CNM1) Ref: 36/2025 Permanent Full-Time (39 / 37.5 hours per week) St. Patrick’s Upton (Innishannon) Co. Cork The Purpose The person/s appointed shall ensure that the vision is delivered through our core values of Person Centred Service. Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, national Legislation including Health Act 2007 and H.I.Q.A. regulations. May take on the duties of Person in Charge for a designated centre. The normal working hours will be 39/37.5 hours per week (depending on qualification) however, flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and nights are involved. The person/s appointed shall, as well as partaking on the roster be responsible for the day-to-day management of the centre reflecting the ethos and vision of the Brothers of Charity, operating within agreed policies and procedures and ensuring that the individual needs of person supported are being met by all workers therein. As a leader of the team, the postholder will ensure that the interests of each person supported are paramount in discussions. Emphasis will be on forming a team approach involving the person supported, families, key workers, advocates and staff, including day services, on all relevant issues. Working towards community integration and ensuring a quality service is provided to all who use the service are essential parts of the role.
