This role supports the development, implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, services, and systems to ensure the organisation attracts, develops, and retains a high-performing workforce. The successful postholder will support the Assistant Director of Human Resources & Development in ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory, regulatory, and governance requirements, while driving organisational effectiveness and continuous improvement across HR functions. Stock Controller
The successful post holder will be required to maintain an efficient and effective computer-based stores control and food costing system and to ensure that all information related to this is accurately processed in order to meet with payment to suppliers and to ensure the efficient and effective running of the College’s kitchens and restaurants.
