Job Role We’re recruiting a Service Support Associate to join our amazing team!You’ll provide first line and on-going contact with clients and also contact with employers in order to process quality information to verify our clients’ employment milestones.You’ll be contacting both clients and employers and any support required, liaising with our delivery centres to validate job information and employment data and also producing various compliance reports. Working with our delivery centres you’ll support our clients across the length of their client journey, whether they are accessing our service in our centres or whilst in their new employment.This role will be from the very start of the client’s journey, scheduling, and mailing letters for initial appointments, calling them to welcome them to our service, answering any of their queries, and after they are successful in gaining employment by verifying their periods of employment at various intervals as directed by our Commissioners.You’ll also have your own delegated tasks and projects completing varied and ever evolving tasks with the goal of supporting our frontline teams in delivering high quality and performance across all of our contracts. SLRON’s main role is delivery of radiotherapy treatment for patients with cancer. Multidisciplinary teams consist of medical, nursing, radiation therapists, physicists, health and social care professionals, management and general support staff providing a pivotal role in the development, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of these services within the hospital. General Manager, Quality & Patient Safety
General Manager, Quality & Patient Safety Purpose of the Role: The General Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of services within CHI’s Quality and Patient Safety Directorate, through effective planning, control, monitoring, review and delivering on core programmes of work in quality, safety and risk management. This includes the implementation of the CHI’s Quality & Patient Safety Strategy and Framework, clinical effectiveness, clinical audit, service user involvement; risk management, patient feedback,incident management, open disclosure, patient safety and service improvement. The post holder will coordinate the Quality and Patient Safety Agenda and be accountable to the Director of Quality & Patient Safety for performance with internal and external compliance requirements. The General Manager will also fulfil a lead role over special projects delegated by the Director of QPS. Essential Criteria: An academic award in Risk Management or Quality in Healthcare at level 6 (or higher) on the Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) framework or equivalent OR A professional qualification in a health-related area AND 1. Significant health sector management experience relevant to this role 2. Experience of delivering significant change in a complex multi stakeholder environment, as relevant to this role. 3. Experience delivering, leading and managing a team. 4. Experience of managing and working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to achieve objectives. 5. Have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and management ability) for the proper discharge of the duties of the office. 6.
