The role is responsible for coordinating and strategic planning of clinical care delivery across all hospitals and aligning services within the IHAs to create a unified operational framework. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance system-wide collaboration, improve patient flow, and ensure consistency in service delivery across the region. The post holder will establish this function taking account of the Clinical Care Programmes, Networks of Care and multidisciplinary approaches to service delivery as they are further developed and evolve through engagement with the Regional Clinical Executive Team.
